As an extra service and to avoid misunderstandings when you shop at Getadress.dk, we not only send you an order confirmation but also an e-mail before your goods are dispatched.
Delivery
We deliver to all countries in Europe, Greenland, the Faroe Islands and the United States.
Getadress.dk use Post Danmark as a transit provider and your purchases are sent with insurance coverage.
Customers outside Denmark pay a standard carriage charge of DKK 180.00 regardless of the size of the package.
Getadress.dk aim to deliver as fast as possible. Orders placed before 2 pm are shipped on the same day(excluding week-ends and holidays).
If you have a loyalty card, orders exceeding $ 2,000 are carriage free.
We aim to deliver all orders to European destinations within approximately 2-3 days.
For orders outside Europe, please allow 4-6 business days.
Customs duty, taxes and VAT
In accordance with the legislation on free movement of goods within EU, customers from EU countries do not pay customs duty on Getadress.dk purchases. However, orders from EU countries will be imposed with 25% Danish VAT.
Customers outside EU do not pay Danish VAT but need to be aware of local taxation rules. Local taxes are paid by the customer and not by Getadress.dk. We take care of the paperwork in connection with your purchase but the import declaration charges, duty and VAT are paid by you on the arrival of your package.
Payment
Getadress.dk accepts the following credit cards and payment methods:

If you choose to pay by credit card, you are protected against abuse. You can always refuse a payment and unlike in physical stores there is no deductible if your card is misused in an online shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. SSL is of course an integrated part of the payment system at Getadress.dk
In physical stores, you will always have to pay an excess of DKK 1,200 if your card and pin code are misused.
The data you submit in connection with the use of credit cards are encrypted and only readable by PBS.
The amount payable is withdrawn from your account when we dispatch your purchases. We can only withdraw the amount approved by you during the payment transaction.
All prices are listed in DKK including 25% Danish VAT.
Return of goods
Getadress.dk honors a two weeks return policy from the date of receiving your package. Our return policy also includes reduced items.
Our return policy only applies if the goods are returned unused, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them. Please be aware that you have to leave the hangtag on if you plan to return the goods. If the hangtag is removed, we cannot take back your purchases. Designer wrapping and shoe boxes are also considered part of the product and have to be returned undamaged with its contents. To ensure that goods are not damaged in transit, please wrap them carefully. Thank you for your understanding.
When returning any goods, please complete and sign the enclosed return/exchange/complaints leaflet and send it to us together with the return goods.
Customers pay postage when goods are returned. If you return goods from a non-EU country, please always send return goods as a gift or with your invoice attached to the package surface.
When we receive the return goods - and they live up to the above mentioned terms - we offer you a replacement or a refund. If you prefer a refund we will transfer the exact amount to your account as soon as possible.
To avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards, we only transfer refunds to the credit card that was used for the purchase of the returned goods.
Please notice, that Getadress.dk cannot be held liable for goods in transit. If you wish to return goods, you do so at your own risk.
Exchange
If you have purchased something that does not fit you, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size or color.
Please complete and sign the enclosed return/exchange/complaints leaflet clearly stating the size you need instead.
If you have made a wrong purchase and want a different model instead, you have to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Complaints
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, all products come with a two-year guarantee. This means that you as a customer can complain about defects in a product within two years of the purchase. The guarantee does, however, not apply if the defects are caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.
If the item you have bought is defect, you are entitled to a replacement. However, if you wish to complain you need to notify us within reasonable time of receipt of the consignment. It is also a good idea to notify us by phone +45 30 66 44 13 or email info@getadress.dk before you return the defect item.
Remember to fill out and sign the return/exchange/complaints leaflet and send it to us together with the defect item.
Customers pay postage when goods are returned. If you return goods from a non-EU country, please always send return goods as a gift or with your invoice attached to the package surface. If you fail to do so, a $ 75 customs duty might be imposed.
When we receive the defect item, it will be repaired or if this is not possible, the defect item will be replaced provided that the product is still in stock. If the item cannot be repaired nor replaced, you will receive a refund including carriage charges. If you enclose receipt of carriage charges for the return consignment we will reimburse your expenses.
